Addiction is defined as not having control over doing, taking or using something to the point where it could be harmful to you. It is a compulsive, chronic, physiological or psychological need for a habit-forming substance, behavior, or activity having harmful physical, psychological, or social effects and typically causing well-defined symptoms (such as anxiety, irritability, tremors, or illness) upon withdrawal or abstinence. Jackie shares the reasons some may become addicted as well as tools to help in healing addiction.
