My guest on today’s episode is Ashlee Adams. We’ll talk about her early coeliac diagnosis, her role in the food industry and how this influenced her to create The Aussie Coeliac.
Ashlee was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 1998 at just six years of age. She found growing up with the disease hard with such a lack of gluten free products and awareness. This inspired her to start sharing her recipes, reviews and knowledge online to help others in a similar position.
