We have all been victims of the busyness of life at some point. We have constantly busied ourselves with coping with the pressures of how the world wants us to be.

Sadly, being busy does not always benefit us nor mean that we are always productive. We put all our energy, time, and effort into the things that we think we must do, yet we ignore and forget those that really matter.

YOU are the one that matters most. Knowing yourself and your value, and investing in yourself balanced with sharing your uniqueness with others is of prime importance. This includes your relationships with those you interact with.

Why do we keep busy with being busy? How do we avoid this and live a more intentional life?
