We all face times in life when we feel as though we are standing at a fork in the road, unsure of which path to take. The voices in our head chatter ceaselessly with the "coulds" and "shoulds", but are those voices even our own? Or do they belong to family, friends, coworkers, society?
In this guided meditation, we use visualization and breathwork to drop below the chatter, ground into our own deep truth and look down each potential future. We focus on developing body awareness and observe energetic patterns in order to connect more fully to our own internal compass. This allows us to step fully and unapologetically onto the path that leads us to our own peace, joy, and freedom.
