Liminal spaces are the ones where you stand on the threshold of something new--whether that is physically or energetically.
These are the moments of our lives when we hold so much power to choose our energy, to choose what we put out into the world and into the lives of those around us.
This session was designed for use during those times--maybe in the car on the way to work or home from work--maybe during a ten-minute break at work or at home--maybe on your way to meet family or friends.
This is for those moments you want a reminder that YOU hold the power of the threshold. You choose which version of you walks through it.
Note that this is less of a deep meditation and more of a guided intention, and as such, CAN be safely used while driving. (Of course, use your own discretion!)
