So you're making some progress. You're getting some regular exercise, eating right and things really seem to be going your way.
Then, fast forward two weeks and everything has stopped and for some reason you can't really put your finger on why. Well, today i'm going to share with you three simple things that you can do to help you stay committed!
We'll go over the importance of having a written schedule, daily/weekly assessments and including more automation into every aspect of your health & fitness.
Get out your journal. Listen along, and ask yourself "when do I plan to start putting some of these suggestions in action?"
