Happy New Year Healthy Mama Fam! Something I like to do at the start of every new year is take a few days and RESET my kitchen so I’m starting the new year with a kitchen that’s organized and ready for me to plan, prep and create healthy meals all year long. And I thought I’d take you along with me, this year! So over the first five days of the new year, we’re going to be going through my five kitchen reset steps- I’ll be sharing here on the podcast in short and sweet mini-sodes, so check back in each day this week– as well as over on Instagram (I’m @healthymamakris) so you can see the process in-action.
