Today's special guest, Amanda Ciprich, Registered Dietitian and Type 1 Diabetic, shares with the podcast some of the drawbacks of food restriction being used as a blood sugar management tool for type 1 diabetes, and she shares how by adopting a non restrictive approach to food we can better support blood sugars, and overall health.
