On today's episode we dive into the 3rd principle of intuitive eating - with a diabetes lens of coarse! Making peace with food. Where we want to stop the food fight and give ourselves unconditional permission to eat.....Gah say what? Yes, you read that right!
I know, this can feel especially scary for someone living with diabetes. The first time I learned about this principle I was skeptical too! By the end of this episode however, I hope I will have helped you move past any fear or disbelief related to this principle. As well as helped you recognize the benefits of adopting this way of thinking for your diabetes well being.

- How to move past those thoughts and feelings that may arise with this principle
- The idea of should and shouldn't with diabetes and food
- The idea of restriction and the types of restriction
- The problem(s) with restriction and having off limit foods
